Today I put together our Usability Report.  Karen and Katie gave me their pieces and I tried to tie everything together.  It took around 3 hours to get the format right and to try and get everything incorporated that needed to be in there.  I believe I have also finalized our Documentation.  Hopefully we are all done.  All I need to do is send them both in.

We just conducted usability testing.  It went pretty smoothly.  There were no major issues.  We can add in a few steps to make it a little easier, but overall we are happy with our product so far.

I edited our rough draft.  It took about an hour to add in new screenshots and make sure the format wasn't thrown off.

Yesterday we put created our documentation.  I took screenshots throughout the process and plan to add them to the documentation today.  We worked for an hour and a half and it should not take much longer to put it all together.

Using our storyboard, we are beginning to write our user documentation.  It is coming along well and shouldn't be too much trouble to finish.  We're aiming at around 2 hours to finish our documentation.

Today I worked on our Proposal/Gantt Chart for an hour.  I had to watch a tutorial in order to make the chart.  Even with a video helping me, it still wasn't an easy process.  At first, I tried to used Microsoft's own website to help me but that was pretty much worthless.  I assume the 7 minute video has sound, but I was unable to listen.  The video did highlight each step specifically before moving on, but sometimes it was hard to follow.

Yesterday our group got together to finalize our white paper and work on our presentation.  We spent about 2 and a half hours in total getting everything done.  Today I edited our white paper just a little bit because I found a few spots that could be corrected.

Today I printed out our white paper.  I put about an hour's worth of work into it before I felt it was ready. 

Today I worked on my section of the white paper for a few hours.  I attempted to find a picture, but was unsuccessful.  We met in a group and tried to figure out the best format for our headings.
