Over spring break and the days leading up to it, I made it my task to study deeper and broader into the paradigm of the social impacts of internet censorship and net neutrality. I found a lot of websites discussing the social issues of the implementation and illegalization of net neutrality, but there was little abou8t the social impact of the concepts of the issue. It is difficult to find information as it is not only a relatively new idea, but a taboo subject in the countries it is practiced in.

My research is complete, I obtained  several sources and have most of the writing for my section complete. I have not formatted the sources, however, and our group is having a meeting tomorrow to write the executive summary and conclusion. We will tackle most of the formatting issues this upcoming weekend after getting feedback from the peer review.

We met during classtime in the computer lab on Monday March 23, 2009.  All members: Brett, Liz, John, and Hu were present.  We put together finished summaries and documented our citations in our rough draft.  We scheduled a meeting for Tuesday March 24, 2009 at 5PM in the computer lab where class is held to format our paper and complete the title page, and executive summaries as well as place our visuals.  The goal is to finish our rough draft and have it ready to be workshopped on Wednesday.

I have completed my part of the White paper dealing with Social Privacy. I have submitted it to my group and we are working on putting it all together. I have also completed several surveys for analysis for the group project.
