This week during the open class period our group met to begin individual research and to start gaining ground on our portions for the rough draft.

My portion is to look at gaming situations from past and present and determine ways of adapting them to the more modern console.

I gained atleast two pages of ideas and situations that can be brought into the new form of gaming. I've tried to incorporate all of the different ideas from past games both console based and computer based along with different controller types.

This week I did individual research on my topic. Since Nintendo Wii is a recent gaming system in the market, I was able to find current information on the health benefits of the system from actual numerical values of calories burn to the physical and mental explanations given by experts. For this upcoming week I will conclude my research to write a rough draft of my section for the report which I will complete before the start of spring break.

Individual Blog 2 of Week 2

I have spent a great deal of time researching net neutrality in a legal context. My research is focused on the legislative issues regarding net neutrality in the United States. Accordingly, my research seeks to find out if net censorship conflicts with American laws and is unconstitutional, or whether net censorship is perfectly within the boundaries of American laws. I hope to have the main body of my research completed by the end of next week.
