Over the weekend, I wrote the executive summary and conclusion of our white paper and started formatting the paper after each member sent me their section.  I added headlines and identified issues we needed to discuss in class today.

After our group meeting today, I revised the executive summary and conclusion, wrote an additional section under the extent of the problem, added a graphic, and edited the paper.

Completed all proper APA citations for section.

Wrote additional information on extent of problem for background section.

Created cover page image.

I created a very short introduction and helped create a title page.  I added a table of contents to the left margin.  I also trimmed about 200 words from the SecurRom section since the paper was 300 words over the max paper limit.

I have been reviewing and formatting the parts I have received from my teammates into the rough draft of the paper. I am also writing the introduction, conclusion, and executive summary based on the research I have done and the material I have received. After completing this I will email the rough draft out for review.

Meet: In class, Monday

Attendance: Addy, Justin, Narin, Vanessa

Goal: revise white paper, add sources, create title page and table of contents

Overall topics discussed: revision, title page, and table of contents, increased the executive summary

Decisions Made: finished the table of contents, the title page, and added the sources to have the draft ready for peer reviews on Wednesday

Next meeting plans: compile peer reviews, finish white paper, and work on presentation

A series of laws aimed at preventing such crimes as child pornography has the unintended consequence of placing a great deal of power in the hands of Internet service providers.  Are they using this power responsibly?  Episodes such as the NebuAd incident indicate they aren't.
