There are many different employers that use Facebook as another way of screening people out. Many users do not think about what they post on Facebook. They put pictures of themsevles in situations that they would rather keep private and write things on peoples walls that express things that they would not want a future employer to find. This is couplesd with the problem that the users of Facebook do not all know how to use the privacy settings for the website.
