Topic Proposal: Video Downloads on the Internet

One of my problems with the internet is that there are no absolutely free movie downloads on the internet. The main argument that I have against this is that a person can go to a public library and rent a movie for free, and yet a person can not go on the internet and watch movies for free. Whenever I have tried to search for free movie downloading sites, there is always some type of fee or catch involved with this. After doing this I have resorted to using other downloading tools such as file sharing programs to obtain movies for free. I belive these programs should be able to be used by anyone and everyone for free.
