Topic Proposal: Some Companies take Facebook to seriously

Some Companies take Facebook too seriously. One company didn't hire somebody because they had inappropriate content. Yes it is a social network but it is also a friend gathering point where you can express yourself in many ways. You can write about how you day has been going. It doesn't mean you are going to quit if it is a bad day. It just is informative so you can feel better. It helps some people to write down what they are feeling.  Companies need to be concerned with the people who seclude themselves and don’t talk to people. That causes room for disgruntle employees and other negative actions. Over all facebook is a great site.
