This week I helped on the scope of work memo. I have also started research on the possibility of having all articles cited from their sources.

This week was a fairly easy week without much excitement.

We met once outside of class to finish our second memo in the basement of HICKS.

We each know our areas of research and what is expected of us, and have decided to meet during class time Monday to gain a headstart on the project.

My portion of research is to find possible gaming scenarios by looking at current games and finding ways to adapt them.

And now, the weekend....

We met yesterday, 2/26/09, in Hicks Undergraduate Library at 2:30pm.

All of us were present: Aaron, Brandon, Othniel, and Craig.

Not much to report this week, as we haven't gotten too far into the  white paper project yet.

I was designated the group blogger, meaning it is my responsibility to post group meeting blogs.  I am also in charge of gathering background information for the white paper itself.

We had a meeting yesterday to finish up the memo and schedule, and we decided that I was going to do research on commercials. I started looking around on different websites to find this information.

So far, we have accomplished almost all of the preliminary work on our project.  I was assigned the task of the high-end security versions of wikis.  First I will describe my research so far.

We have been working on various parts of the project. I've been doing much of the typing in class and out of class. We have not started to work on the white paper yet but will begin soon.

This week I assisted in the completion of the scope memo. Our group began researching and planning the project. I researched the history and scope of downloading music. Our group came up with a timeline to complete the project and separated the work. I will focus on the history of music downloading and have begun working on an outline for it.

This week, I helped out with the Group Memo and Scope which is due today.  I helped determine who should do what when it comes to our white paper.  Our group has decided that I, as an individual, research the health risks of online gaming using computers.
